If you wish to return an item or request a refund, you must first contact us at info@senyuatelier.shop. Please include your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
Please do not send your purchase back to the sender address on the package. This is a fulfillment center address, and returns sent there cannot be processed. Our team will provide you with the correct instructions and options via email.
2. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to initiate a contact regarding a return or refund.
3. How We Resolve Issues
To provide the fastest resolution and save you from high international shipping costs, we typically offer the following options:
• Defective or Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged or is the wrong item, we will arrange a full refund or a free replacement immediately—no need to ship the item back.
• Personal Reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong size): If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, please email us. Since international return shipping can be very expensive (often exceeding the value of the item), our support team will offer you a highly discounted partial refund or a special store credit so you can keep the item and save on shipping fees.
4. Refunds
Once your request is processed via email and a resolution is agreed upon, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
