Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Senyu. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email info@senyuatelier.shop
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We use YunExpress as our primary logistics partner to ensure fast and reliable delivery to the United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or extreme weather conditions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
You can track your package via the YunExpress official website or through [17track.net / Your Tracking Page Link].
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Senyu is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
(Note: For most small parcels sent via YunExpress to the US under $800, typically no customs duties are incurred.)
5. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. YunExpress typically cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical residential or business address to avoid shipment failure.
6. Damages / Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact our support team at info@senyuatelier.shop within 7 days. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
